NOTE: Admission Form Return Data Entry Sheet Must be Acceptable in prescribed above MS Excel Format. (MS Word Formatted Data Entry Sheet will not be Acceptable in Any Case)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Download Admission Form Return File from Website http://www.biselahore.com/sscadm.htm
2: Use Microsoft office Excel 2000\2003 for data entry.
3: Rename / Save As the file "Adm_Return_School Code_2009.xls" with yours School Code. For Example "Adm_Return_11005_2009.xls.
4: Don't disturb the formatting of Data Entry Sheet. Otherwise your entered data will not be accepted.
5: Download Subject List File for Subjects Abbreviation. CLICK HERE
6: Excel file contains 8 sheets which has the details as follow:

9th Class Science Group	Sc_9	Candidates particulars and subjects form

9th Class Humanities Group	Arts_9	Candidates particulars and subjects form

7: Candidates particulars and subjects sheet has 14 columns for 10th class (i.e Sc_10 and Art_10 sheets) and 11 columns for 9th class (i.e. Sc_9 and Arts_9) which has the details as follow:

COLUMNS	DESCRIPTION FOR 10th CLASS
A	Serial No already filled (School will not change this column).
B	Form Number
C	Candidate Name in upper cell and Father's Name in lower cell.
D	Registration number in upper cell and date of birth in lower cell.
E	Candidate internal grade.
F	9th roll number in upper cell and session (i.e. A/2009) in lower cell.
G	Descriptive column (School will not change this column), explaining 9th subjects (if any subject is less than 33% marks and candidate wants to appear in it) will be filled in upper cells and 10th subjects will be filled in lower column in H to N columns respectively.
H to N	Subjects abbreviations will be entered only in which student applied to appear.
O	Father / Guardian CNIC Number

8: Revenue Sheets" are interlinked with their respective "Candidate Particulars Sheet" so there is no need to
    enter candidate particulars and subjects of "Revenue Sheets" they will be filled automatically. School has to
    fill only its last column which is Examination fee.
